This class centered around the authority and application of Scripture, especially as taught in 2 Timothy 3:16. Jeromy emphasized that God's Word is inspired, complete, and unchanging, meant for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. Discussions explored how to approach the Bible with respect, humility, and readiness to be changed by it.
Participants reflected on how rebuke and correction must be done in love, and how Scripture—not opinion—is the standard of truth. There was also a passionate critique of cultural reinterpretations of the Bible and a call to uphold truth in both speech and life.
