The discussion explored Paul’s teachings on tongue-speaking, prophecy, and how true worship should reflect both reverence and a desire to build up the church. This lesson reminded us that the purpose of our gifts is not self-glorification, but edification of the body and glorification of God.

Who Is My Neighbor?

On Sunday evening, April 6, 2025, presented a powerful sermon, “Who Is My Neighbor?”,  In the sermon, Cole challenges us to go beyond surface-level religion and see people the way Jesus does. Drawing from the parable of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10, Cole walks us through possible views of our “neighbor”: a box to check, a means to an end, an observation to note—or, as Jesus teaches, a soul to love.  Instead of asking “Who is worthy of my love?” Jesus flips the script and asks, “What kind of neighbor are you?” Mercy, not proximity or similarity, defines neighborliness. Being a neighbor isn’t about who they are—it’s about who you choose to be.

Do Good People Go To Heaven

On Sunday morning, April 6, 2025, Cole Tuck delivered a powerful sermon titled "Do Good People Go to Heaven?" The message challenged a common belief that being a "good person" is enough for salvation. Cole emphasized that Jesus teaches the opposite—no one is righteous before God on their own. Salvation is not earned through moral behavior or good deeds but is only possible by grace through faith in Jesus and His atoning sacrifice on the cross. Attempting to earn heaven through personal merit leads not to salvation but to judgment.
