Bible Class - Proverbs Part 2

On Sunday morning, June 7, 2026, Cole Tuck continued our study through the book of Proverbs, focusing on Proverbs 2 and the opening verses of Proverbs 3. The class explored the foundational truth that "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom" and emphasized that true wisdom comes from God and is reserved for those who seek Him with sincere hearts.

Cole highlighted how wisdom serves as a guardrail in life, protecting believers from destructive influences, moral compromise, and the consequences of foolish decisions. Through Solomon's teachings, the class examined the dangers of wickedness, the importance of integrity, and the value of remaining faithful to God's covenant. The lesson also stressed that many of life's greatest troubles are avoidable when we follow God's wisdom rather than our own desires.

As the study moved into Proverbs 3, participants were reminded of the importance of remembering God's teachings, practicing kindness and truth, and allowing God's wisdom to shape every aspect of daily life. The class reinforced that a life built on God's wisdom leads to righteousness, peace, protection, and ultimately a closer walk with Him.
